Our products are available in two versions: beautifully hand packaged for retail sales with ingredient labels and barcodes, or alternatively unwrapped for food service. Cakes always look homemade when temptingly displayed unwrapped in baskets or trays. There is also a saving when buying unwrapped products and traybakes. For retailers and self service counters which require products to be ingredient labeled and barcoded, we wrap our cakes in attractive and colourful packaging. This facilitates product identification, stock rotation and of course hygiene.
We can produce own label. As all our products are handmade, we are very flexible and can effortlessly make different sizes and products tailor-made to your requirement. Research has shown that consumers want to know who is behind the food they eat, especially organic, so you might prefer to retain our brand and the integrity associated with it (just take a look at our fan mail).

Quality Control
We have full traceability on all raw materials and are approved suppliers to a number of food service companies. They have audited us and are confident our production methods and quality control systems are effective.
Who we supply
Our cakes are well received by customers of leading organic and conventional retailers and food service companies. Amongst others, we supply companies and places such as Planet Organic, Fresh & Wild, The National Gallery, Tate Modern & Tate Britain, The House of Commons, The Foreign Office, BBC, One Aldwych Hotel, Royal Ascot, The Chelsea Flower Show, Waitrose, Whole Foods, Wyevale Garden Centers, and the UK's largest independent coffee retailer. As proud as we are of our large customers, we are just as proud of the scores of small, selective customers across the UK's including coffee and tea shops, delis, hotels and foodservice companies. Our organic cakes successfully sit next to their conventional range. Given the growth in the organic market sector, we believe many customers would welcome organic options, but the majority of our customers sell our cakes because they are good, not especially because they are organic.

How we get our products to you
Placing an order
We make everything fresh to order so we need your order at the latest before 11am, 2 days before you wish to take delivery, a bit longer for a pallet of cakes. To place an order, you can either call us on 020 8960 5567 or fax your order through on 020 8960 5598
Delivery
We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays within London and on Wednesdays and Fridays outside of London.
Free delivery of orders in Central and Greater London above £50 and £100 respectively, otherwise a £6 and £12 charge applies. Deliveries to other UK destinations costs £12.
Distribution Channels
We deal direct and through wholesalers and we will endeavor to use the most suitable distribution channel for your business. You can contact food wholesalers such as Simple Simon, and purchase our products through them. We can deliver anything from an order of 6 muffins to Regent Street, to a pallet of cakes to Oslo. We can also deliver frozen or ambient.
